① The printed color (CMYK) may differ slightly from the PC/Mobile Screen, and also it could be differing due to color output of the monitor.
② There may be differences in the color on the additional order items (The color difference will occur depending on the type and condition of the printing press even though it is the same original data.)
③ Please confirm accurately and thoroughly before confirming the draft since the responsibility for typos or errors in wording rests with the clients
④ Promotional material is a product that is distributed free of charge for sales promotion or publicity, and we are not responsible for any problems when selling as a general product

| Shipping |
① Production period: 10-15 days excluding the weekends and statutory holidays (It may vary depending on order quantity)
② We will notify you of the available pick up date after payment is completed for any pick up orders.
③ Delivery schedule will be determined after the payment is made. It approximately takes after 5-7 days after completion of the items.
④ When there are multiple products in a bundled order, the delivery date will be determined based after the full payment is made.
⑤ Delivery may be delayed or returned if the address is incorrect or we cannot communicate with the clients.

| Exchange & Refund |
① If there is a problem with the product, please contact the customer Centre @ gridA by phone, text or email within 7 days from the delivered date.
② Exchange/refund is not possible for the customer’s simple change of mind, carelessness, intentional damage to the product.
③ Exchange/refund is not possible after final confirmation.
